When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the type of coverage you're interested in, and the answers you choose about your household or business. We also record when and from where you gave consent to be contacted. We don't ask health questions on this site.
How we use it
To connect you with one licensed CrestPoint agent, who uses it to contact you, compare plans and help you enroll. We keep a record of your consent as required by law.
Who we share it with
Your information goes to the CrestPoint agent you're matched with and the systems CrestPoint uses to manage client relationships. When you choose to enroll, your agent shares what's needed with the insurance company or marketplace you're applying through. We don't sell your information.
Your choices
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and ask us to stop calling or to delete your information by contacting us. Opting out never affects coverage you already have.
