Write policies, build your own book, and learn the products alongside a Certified Trainer. You can’t teach what you haven’t done, so every trainer starts here.
Once you’re producing consistently, earn your trainer certification. You take new agents through Fast Start on your own team and get paid for training them and for the agents you bring on.
The agents you trained become producers, and the best become trainers themselves. You earn overrides on your team’s book, and you have an agency with real value.

You’re learning the products and the platform and building your own client base with a Certified Trainer beside you. You need to succeed as a producer before you can teach anyone else to.
You complete the trainer track and start co-training with an experienced trainer. Then you bring on your first agents and take them through Fast Start yourself.
Your first agents are producing on their own, and the strongest are ready to train. You develop trainers instead of training everyone yourself. That’s when a team becomes an agency.
If you want to produce, teach and lead, you’ll do it on an established, multi-state platform with 100+ agents, trainer certification and Fast Start behind you, and you’ll own the agency you build.
